A 32 user system easily integrates the TI educational handhelds with PC software applications. It runs on the 802.11b protocol, known as Wi-Fi. The technology incorporates four key elements:
A wireless access point, which allows a wireless connection to the classroom PC.
8 network hubs, which reside on students’ desks, connect wirelessly to a PC.
Access allows students to receive lessons, quizzes and tests from their teacher’s PC via the hub.
The TI-83 & 84 Plus and TI-83 & 84 Plus Silver Edition,TI-89, TI-92 Plus and the Voyage™ 200 all integrate with the Navigator.
