CCS's prices include the following costs that the HAVILAND site in USD does not.
1. Shipping costs from Fort Worth to our site in Canada.
2. Cost of conversion from the USD to CAD. (using the exchange rate)
3. The cost of buying the USD. (always higher that exchange rate)
